Hello guy, this post is suited to give you guys an idea of the positions we have available for our new staff/team for the development of Dragon Wu.

All role will be supplied in game benefits, and potential admin verbs.

Game Tester
Quite a few Game Testers will be needed for this project. They will be responsible for reporting bugs to developers in detail so they may be fixed.
They will need to have a lot of availability and sufficient writing skills

Moderator
Only a couple full time moderators will be needed, their job is to help maintain a good gaming environment for the community. Whether it be shutting up toxicity, preventing verb abuse or harassment, or extreme bug abusing.

Icon/Graphic Artist
With all the changes being made to the game we are going to need some talented reliable artist to help us through these drastic changes, there are a few positions open to limit the distribution of our graphics.

Concept/Gameplay Designer
The Concept Designer, is the idea guy. A person who has a good perspective of how and what makes a good game and has a keen sense on features which need improvements or what can be added to improve gameplay.
Their whole purpose is to assist the developers into developing a fun, smooth, well developed game that players will love.

Personal Assistant
The personal assistant is basically like a hub of information, this person is like an intermediator between the developers and everyone one else.
The developers spend most of their time developing and can miss a lot of important information, whether its a disastrous bug, or an artist finished some art and the developers weren't online.
The Personal Assistant will keep track of everything that's getting done from the programmers to the artist, and everyone else and will be able to answer most of the communities questions like what's in the next update or when is it, etc.
The personal assistant will sometimes be helping the developers with their work, whether it would be research on something, or an artist needs images references for a new sprite, etc.
This role is very important, and allows the team to have some organization and side help.

Promoter
Like, any game that wants to get popular. There needs to be some form of promotion, that's what this role is for. This person must use his creativity and experience/skills to promote the game and put us out there.
This person may make a website, blog about the game, make YouTube videos, stream, post the game in gaming forums. There is loads of freedom of what this person can do, we prefer someone who already has some of these skills or knows a lot of people or has lots of resources at his/her disposal

Script/Storywriter
With a new story that's being developed with original characters, and an original plot, we're going to need someone talented to assist us.
First I must mention our new story is close to phenomenal and has open the door to so much potential. This role will help the story fulfill this potential.
This person will be responsible to help out with character designs, plots, potential in game dialog, scenes, etc. I can also see this person fulfill some characteristic of the Concept Designer as well.

Sponsor
Like most great games out there, having funds or a sponsors ensures a games development and can help the game make great leaps, if those funds were not available.
I'm in the process of having a high quality customized base model for this game which will cost us about 300 dollars, this investment will be totally worth seeing that we will have one of the best character models on BYOND.
But yeah this is just one model, we still going to need clothes and hairs, Boss Models/Designs, etc. So there still much more we are going to need developed, and any help is greatly appreciated.

Qualifications: Numerous byond projects over the course of ten years on byond that i either found myself involved in or was just simply the only person available during said hours. My original key on byond goes by "Seanleonartes" i at first started a Core Dev group to oppose most of byond's abusive staff that most of their games were made of. I have been the Core Developer of games such as .hack Fragment,Inuyasha Never ending battle and Currently Project Lead of Undefined Creation which will be going live for testing later this year. The facts are I've built my moderating profile over a decade of experience and as such i currently have the judgment and the time available to complete said task.

How I would help: I would be offering a huge portion of my time to the game as to moderate in any situation that calls for it. Through maintaining a constant state of order i believe my time and judgment can be used to help speed along the games development as well as nurture a healthy player base to establish a traffic worth having.

Qualifications: I have been and played on byond for around a half year or so. Though I may not have any admin nor moderator experience on byond I've had experience as a moderator on a server of a game. The name of that game is Garry's mod ( forgot the servers name) and though it's not this game I've still had to deal with other players as a moderator.

How will this help in the development of the game: Well the one thing I feel as though this will help in the development of the game is to get pressure of other players troubles off of you and onto me that way you can focus on bigger matters.

I am used to dealing with troublesome players who like to ruin the gaming experience for others. Able to separate my abilities as a player from my abilities as a admin. Only admin from Dragon Universe to not have my admin or hosting privilege taken from me. Free from when i wake up to when i go to sleep so multiple admins not necessarily needed while i'm online all day.

How I would help: Whatever time I can spare, I will watch the game and train amongst them, keeping an eye and ear for problems like cheating and spam, as well as look for anything that might need improvement. Albert can attest to that with my idea for the Kamehameha.

Qualifications: I don't have any qualifications on any other games on BYOND, but I did moderate this game and helped everyone who ever needed help and I'll always support this game, no matter what happens to me, or the game, or anyone else who needs my help. I'll make a great assistant because I'm always willing to help and I could free my time, even if it means I use my remote desktop on my phone to communicate when I need to! And I'm always finding out new bugs, even if I mean to or if it was a coincidence!



How I would help: I'm always on, even for different time zones that go all way from America to Japan. And I'm friendly even with those who hate me and I'm totally not a toxic person who just rages over the smallest details and I'm very helpful, just wait till ya see me in action, again!

Qualifications: Well, I've been a BYOND member since 2006. So I've been around the block a few times. The past few years my activity on BYOND has been spotty but I've been slowly getting back into it. The popularity has drastically diminished since I first started playing. I've moderated a few games back in the day, that I honestly don't think they're even still in service. And to be honest, I don't really remember exactly which games they were. I can barely remember what I had for breakfast yesterday But if I remember correctly, I moderated Icon Ultima for a little while. I moderated a few Naruto games back in the day, and I wanna say I was a moderator for a brief amount of time on Heroes United when it first came to being. . I don't take shit from anyone and I'm used to discipline, having been in the military for close to four years now. In terms of Concept/Gameplay, I have a very vivid imagination and I'm always thinking of unique ways to enhance games and features to add. I'm currently in the process of learning some coding languages to build some of my game ideas I've had for a while. And as far as Personal Assistant goes, I truly would love to just help out. I've been playing the game for a little over a week now and absolutely love it. The community is fantastic and I like the growth factor you guys have. I feel that I would fit very well in these positions as I have extensive experience in all of the requisite areas. I also have previous professional programming experience and have dabbled into dm a bit which gives me at least a small working knowledge of game mechanics and what kinds of things would be possible. Qualifications: I have experience on what's realistic when it comes to coding, what can be done and what cannot. I dislike rips to an extremity, and always think of classic ideas that should, and probably would elevate above all of the Naruto and Zeta rips on BYOND. I'm aware of what new game content is going to, and what it already does look like, and I'm very optimistic when thinking of my ideas. I put a lot of confidence in my decisions and ideas, knowing they will work and are possible using Dream Maker. I also have all the free time in the world not including my job, which is 4AM-4PM on weekdays.

How I would help: I'd be on as much as possible to monitor players' opinions upon the game's mechanics and graphics. I also take rules and following rules very seriously, and I would respect those rules and monitor players, even if it isn't my job to punish them for it. I'm up to change anything anytime when it comes to designing, since I find it very fun. Not in relation to the position I'm applying for, I'd be happy to be a backup iconner to fix a mistake in an icon, or fix something that players don't like.

I'd only resort to drastic actions when necessary.

How I would help: I'd fulfill my role as actively as i could and to the best of my ability. I'd resolve conflict between players and assist players with any problems they might have. I have also suggested quite a few things to you when it was starting out
