instead of making cooler and Freiza 2 different races i suggest you unify them as 1
Both cooler and freiza have suppresion forms this can be confirmed so why not make them one in the same race But i suggest you give players an option on whether they will want a 100% full powered form or nova form( XV2's term for coolers transformation). My suggestion would be at lvl 140 have the frost demon race get a prompt asking if they want the full powered up form right now or wait for Nova form. FUll powered up form should give them better stat gains and retain the boost in stats it gives. While if they choose no at lvl 220 with Rage they will get there nova form which will have the same power multaplier as ssj4 and a smaller boost in stats and smaller stat gains. Also similar how there are god paths for saiyans ssjb/ssj5 have coolers have a similar system where if they want gold form they will go train with freiza and if they want there mecha form they will go train with cooler. if you were todo this we wouldnt need the cooler race.
